I just poked around and gen'ed some BATCH and/or REG files that worked for me. They are attached.
You can double click the .REG file from explorer, or if you want to batch them you can import it from a command line with
reg import PATH\TO\Nuke-TSVN-History.reg
(this is also in Nuke-TSVN-History2.bat)
There is another (stand-alone -- does not need the .REG file) batch file in
Nuke-TSVN-History.bat
I tested with TSVN 1.2.6 and saw no problems. The reg entry is recreated with new history when you next do a check out.
I can not test with TSVN 1.3.x on this machine because they won't install: WinXP is at SP1 and the installer complains that I need a newer install subsystem.
NOTE: The history is a per-user setting so it will only work for the logged in user.
Hope this helps

Subject: how do you clear the TSVN URL cache?
Ok… here’s a real easy one for all you TSVN pros out there…
How do you clear TSVN URL Repo-browser cache so it no longer presents you a list of repositories that may now be obsolete or have moved???
