hot-backup.py - Error: 'IndexError: list index out of range'

Hi,

I use hot-backup.py (included by Subversion package) for daily backups.
It has been working without problems for some weeks now. However ..
today i got this error on ONE of my repositories while making backup:

"Beginning hot backup of '/srv/subversion/spa/svn/Spare'.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/subversion/tools/backup/hot-backup.py", line 97, in ?
    youngest = string.strip(stdout_lines[0])
IndexError: list index out of range"

What's happening here ?

Is there anyone who can tell me whats wrong or how this can be solved.
I have changed absolutely nothing on file-permissions or something.
