Dear Mr. Suryavanshi,
I don't know how to do that with svnserve, but if you migrate to apache 2.0.5x
and mod_dav_svn/mod_authz_svn you can use apache's LDAP module to authenticate
to an Active Directory server.
The Subversion book contains more information about this setup here:
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.serverconfig.httpd.html
And this page shows a previous email with my LDAP/AD integration config:
http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2005-12/1124.shtml
BTW, moving from svnserve to apache does not mean you have to dump/reload all
your repositories!!
hope this helps,
Lieven.
