Ruby subversion bindings

Hi,
I'm interested in having a binary distribution (a gem actually) for the
ruby bindings.
This means that I am interested in working for it :). I would start with
windows since it is currently something I would use at work.
Now for starters I would like to contact the persons who actually work
on the Ruby bindings and:
1. figure out how to install the bindings and see what RDoc spits out.
2. start learning what kind of problems there are.
Who can help me?
