Laszlo,

Search for 'svnlook' in the WebSVN mailing list history:
http://websvn.tigris.org/servlets/SearchList?listName=dev

Some threads refer to setting this option in config.inc :
$config->setSVNCommandPath("/usr/local/bin");

Check it out yourself, I'm not a WebSVN user.
