Invalid diff stream: insn 25 cannot be decoded

Hello users,

      I have
      svnadmin --version
      svnadmin, version 1.2.3 (r15833)
      compiled Oct 17 2005, 16:14:17

      I do
      svnadmin verify /svn/repos
      * Verified revision 0.
      svnadmin: Invalid diff stream: insn 25 cannot be decoded

      How fix it?
