A very simple question that I cannot find answered

I am looking to solve a very simple problem using svnserve, however
unfortunately nearly every walkthrough on Subversion explains how to set up
svnserve on a *nix platform. I want to set it up on WindowsXP so that it
uses SSH to authenticate.

I would appreciate if someone could very simply lay out what steps need to
be taken. I've read through the docs, and its simply not clear.

I have svnserve running and serving up repositories on my XP box. I can
browse them using TortoiseSVN with out any problem. So what has to be done
to get svnserve to authenticate and transmit source files in an encyrpted
form so that the data is not snoopable and the authentication is legit? Does
svnserve have SSH built in? Is the only setup required for SSH on the client
side? I don't want any fancy setups, just the bare minimum to get this
working.

Thx for any help you can offer. I am not on this list but I will check the
archive for answers. Feel free to CC me if it is not a burden to you.
