Is this the right place to post for Subclipse (Eclipse SVN plug-in) issues?

I noticed the message that this is not the right place for Tortoise posts,
sorry if it's also wrong for Subclipse as well.
 
In the event that this is the right place, here's my problem/question:
 
1. When we refactor/rename package names in Eclipse, we get lots of
problems.
 
2. If we first create the new package name and then move files from the old
package to the new package, we never have any problems.
 
We are using v0.9.105 subclipse. We had the same problems using v 0.9.37.
