Yeah, SVN doesn't support Microsoft's NTLM/SSPI authentication. I know
there is one person who managed to get it working by building SVN
himself with a newer version of the Neon library. See:

There's also an issue for this in the issue tracker, but its status is
"resolved". But as far as I know it still doesn't work:
