Re: Windows + svn + apache file access process problems.

I'm working with Ian on this problem. I'm not over-familiar with SVN
myself...

We use a non-daemon base ClamAV (so no constant process). The Indexing
process on the server is disabled. No other "constant-running" app.

As a test, I used sysinternals "handle" tool to monitor open handles
during the process on everything in D:\SVN and below. The only file to
have an open handle in the SVN directory was the db.lock file (expected).

Is the "changes" file part of SVN?, or one of the files being
uploaded?? In my tests its always the "changes" file with the problem.
The "94-1.txn" directory seems to be a temporary directory, and svn has
no problem in clearing this out when its finished.

As the upload runs, CPU stays at least 50% Idle.

Is there any more debug we can get ?
