isa proxy support

Hello,

I would like to use svn client from windows computer that is behind MS ISA
proxy which requires windows authentization.
Neon library version 0.25 added support for Negotiate/NTLM authentization.
(latest subversion uses neon version 0.24).
Does anybody tried to build subversion with 0.25 neon to achieve this?
Or does anybody have some opinion if this can work or what else is needed?
