Problems importing files

Hi,

Recently I discovered the problem with subversion while importing files
that have non ASCII characters in filename. In this case there are some
accented letters like á or ñ.

svn client reports this:

Can't convert string from native encoding to 'UTF-8'

Is there a way to allow filenames with non-ASCII characters or I have to
 change them manually?

I use svn 1.2.3 fsfs repository on CentOS 4.2 (RHEL 4 derivative)

Darko
