svn2cl - Create a ChangeLog from a subversion log

Hello list,

I've made an xslt stylesheet that transforms the output from `svn --xml
log' to a clasic GNU-style ChangeLog. More details can be found here:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/svn2cl/

Most features I like are currently implemented but I'm wondering whether
it would be useful to include it into another package. I know there is a
tools directory in the subversion package but what is the preferred way
to include something there (if at all possible)? I don't mind
maintaining this tiny package separately (it's basically an xsl
stylesheet and a shell script) but there is probably some better way to
give it more attention.

Also, I'm looking for feedback on this tool. It works for me but is
there anything that is really missing?

ps. I'm not subscribed to this list so please keep me in cc of any
replies.

Thanks for any replies.
