For each project: Different groups for read and commit access, some
priviledged 'projectmanager' that can change readers/committers in
his/her project.

A simple way to add new projects together with a list of
committers/readers.

A simple way to add a person as reader and/or committer to
several projects at once.

Same for removal.

Some statistics stuff for the management floor.

Some integration with unit tests/automatic builds.
