access right using svn+ssh

Hi everybody

I wonder whether it is possible to provide individual access rights to
users based on their username using svn+ssh (read, write,...). I don't
have access to root, so I can't do it using the ssh config. Most likely
I have to do it using svnserve, but then I couldn't find how to set the
rights for individual users, only for anonymous and authorised access.
