There's a SWIG based python binding in the subversion repo, there's
also http://pysvn.tigris.org/. Having used neither, I'd guess the first would
be easier if you're already familiar with the standard API, the latter
would be easier if you're starting from scratch, based on a very
quick glance at the pysvn docs.

At the same URL, there's a mention of "pysvn Workbench", with the
feature "Ability to diff between revisions in a files history"; one
might speculate that that would be interesting code to look at. :-)
