Thanks for the response bruce. I commited the file but the problem persists.

It's very strange... because with the windows server I had no problem

When you mark the file with the needs-lock property, you are changing the
properties of the file in your local copy. You need to commit the file for
this change to appear in the repository. After that, any subsequent updates
will include that modification.
