As often as this comes up, would it be worth it's own separate entry in the FAQ? Currently mentioned under a topic about renaming files.

We periodically run into an issue where two files whose names differ only in case get checked in to the repository. When a Windows user does an update, they get a message saying that a file of the same name already exists. Is there any option we can set that will cause the repository to behave in a case insensitive manner? That is, if someone tries to add Foo.txt, and there is already a foo.txt, then the add will fail. Thanks.
