Big Problem: svn create hangs on RH 7.x

Hello,
When i use 'svn create <name>' it just hang. Had to kill the process.
When the command is stopped, i got an repos created but it seem to be
I'm on read hat 7.2.
It worked fine until yesterday (used last week without problem).
I got an 1.0.0 version so i jump on the occasion to upgrade to 1.2.3.
Done it can access to the repository (via http), but it didn't correct the problem.
