svn update - date

Hi,

we have several repositories in CVS and consider to move to Subversion.
One thing we'd like to know is, is it possible that "svn update" keeps
the check-in time and does not touch the file to get a current date and
time. (Maybe some command line option?)

I know, it's designed around make and very useful, but sometimes we need
that.
In CVS we would check out the entire file.

I haven't found anything about that in the documentation.

Best Regards,
Andreas
