No.

All repositories are FSFS..

It's very bizarre.

I have created a new empty repository and I can commit items to it.
I can't commit to any of the previous repository which have exactly
the same permissions

I always get this error :
[Thu Dec 01 23:25:12 2005] [error] [client 192.168.0.6] Could not
create activity /svn2/mgmt2/!svn/act/b29e5d8b-
db06-0410-9063-852911e0f59f. [500, #0]
[Thu Dec 01 23:25:12 2005] [error] [client 192.168.0.6] could not
open dbm files. [500, #120022]
[Thu Dec 01 23:25:12 2005] [error] [client 192.168.0.6] Can't open
activity db: APR does not understand this error code [500, #120022]

Note that I can check-out the file, browse on the simple URL etc...
Just can't commit
