newby autentication question

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could help me with that, I would like that
the users that are in svn group can access svn by svn:// methods; I
was looking for how I could do that and I did not find, in cvs I
manage that by setting pserver group. In SVN I just could do it using
svn+ssh://

is there a way diferent than this ?
