SVN to Visual Fox Pro Hook? Any try it?

Hi all, I have been an SVN lover for some time now but, I am now in
charge of getting a Visual FoxPro project under control. The problem
is that the source code is generally stored in database files. I
could track the whole thing as a pile of binaries, in SVN. But, that
is a great way to loose much of the power of merging, etc..

Visual FoxPro has hooks to Visual Source Safe and "other standard
commercial version control packages." There is an option menu where
Visual Source Safe shows a list of "Active provider of source
control." Does anyone know if you can get SVN to show up as an
"active provider??" It seems that when Visual FoxPro uses an Active
Provider, it has scripts to convert the code in databases into code
in text files. I would love these conversions to feed text into
SVN!! I have been picking through the scripts a bit but I would love
to hear from someone who has conquered this beast before.

Anyone got a nice seamless integration solution for FoxPro in SVN?

Thanks!
Dale
