Permissions to create db/transactions/0-1.txn

Hi everybody,
 
I've just installed svn 1.2.3 using fsfs (not bdb) and apache 2.0.55.
 
When I try to commit, I get this error:
 
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Can't create directory
'/var/repos/proyectos/db/transactions/0-1.txn': Permission denied
 
However I changed permissions to the directories of the repository and
the message goes on, this is how the
 
drwxrwxrwx 7 root root 4096 2005-10-29 19:40 proyectos
 
        drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096 2005-10-29 18:59 conf
        drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096 2005-10-29 18:59 dav

        -r--rw-rw- 1 root root 2 2005-10-29 18:59 format
        drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096 2005-10-29 18:59 hooks
        drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096 2005-10-29 18:59 locks
        -rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 379 2005-10-29 19:40 README.txt
 
Could somebody help me with this problem?
