We are using subversion with both Japanese and Bulgarian (so, Cyrillic) file/directory names and
everything works as expected.

Plese, provide a more detailed report of the problem is needed:

0. Environment description (OS, product version, ...)
1. What you wanted to achieve?
2. What you did?
3. What happened?
4. What was supposed to happen?

Hmm, never new what an ISA server was. After some googling, found out a very Microsoftish site:
http://www.isaserver.org/faq/general_info/
and after 10 minutes of reading I stil don't know what is that supposed to do...
Some kind of proxy/firewall it seems...

I think that is for the users@subversion.tigris.org list and has nothing to do with tigris.org site.
Am I right? Erik is trying to use subversion, and not a project on tigris.org AFAICT.

Kalin.
