Subversion Service issue

Technical support team,

I'm using subversion 1.2.1 on Windows 2003 Standard edition platform. Today I'm facing a critical problem in subversion and because of this no network user can access repository database.

Every time when a user try to check out or repo-browser from client workstations, they got an error message "connection is actively refused by Target machine".
When I checked it on server, where we stored all repository, I found a message related to Subversion service. here is the error message on server.

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

It stopped Subversion service forcibly.

Kindly provide the solution for the above mentioned error. your prompt reply (Solution) will be highly appreciated.
