This is not an answer to your question, it's a request:

When you just want to ask if anyone has had problems, can you please
post with a subject line other than "Problems with FSFS" ? :-)

I jumped right into your mail, because I thought it contained a report
of problems with FSFS, which would have been a big deal. But it
wasn't. A subject like "help evaluating FSFS" or something like that
would be more accurate, and therefore waste the time of fewer readers.
