svn 1.2.3: mod_dav_svn.so not loading

Just upgraded the SVN Apache modules on a Windows Apache/2.0.52 to svn
1.2.3. When I launch the server I then get

Syntax error on line 173 of xxx/httpd.conf:
Cannot load D:/Program Files/Apache
Group/Apache2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: >>>The specified
procedure could not be found.<<<

I first deleted all the 1.1.4 .dll's and .so's and then copied the new
1.2.3 into the modules dir.

What am I overlooking here?
