Proxy Issues

From: Flanakin Michael C Ctr HQ OSSG/OMR <Michael.Flanakin.Ctr_at_Gunter.Af.Mil>

I'm trying to resolve some proxy issues with my LAN guys. They're very
anal, so I have to justify everything and it's typically all locked down
as tight as... well, let's just say it's pretty tight ;-) Anyway, they
opened it up all the way for me and I'm getting a "405 Method forbidden"
error. The guy that setup Apache doesn't know anything about it, so he
simply installed the pre-compiled version for Solaris and crossed his
fingers. Everything seems to be working fine with Apache, but I'm
wondering if it might be denying my WebDAV requests. Is there a way to
narrow the problem down to figure out whether it's Apache or the proxy?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
