Combining two repositories

I have two repositories which I'd like to combine into one.

In the new future, the repository would look like

/
-/repo1
-/repo2

I don't know how, if it's at all possible, to combine the repositories and
still retain all the history?

Is this something I can do with svn dump? Do I need to edit the dump?
