Global Ignore on mod_dav_svn

I try set a SVN server, using only mod_dav_svn on Apache2. But I need
ignore some files (*.dpr, *.~pas, etc) How I ignore this files?

Using: Win 2000, SVN 1.2.3, Apache 2.0.47
