RE: Error: The version resource does not correspond to the resource within the transaction.

I just got another instance of the error today.

My Working folder has been updated to revision 5000
The most recent revision of the file I'm editing (memphis.csproj) is 4995.
This was verified using TortoiseSVN RepoBrowser.
The TortoiseSVN properties page for this file shows
* Revision/Author ot 5000, dgarcia
* Last Commit revision 4995
* Text Status modified
This all looks resonable
_svn\wcprops\Memphis.csproj.svn-work cointains

K 25
svn:wc:ra_dav:version-url
V 104
/!svn/ver/4683/Client%20Tasks%20(CBU-CTK)/KoBold%20Group/Memphis/6%20-%20Sou
rce/trunk/www/Memphis.csproj
END

I don't understand the file format, but 4683 looks very suspicious.

If I do an update it doesn't modify the file, as expected. If I do a commit
I get the error below.

What can I do ? Is there any additional data I can help to diagnose this
problem ?

Subject: Error: The version resource does not correspond to the resource
within the transaction.

I recently migrated my repository to an FSFS file system. Because I was also
changing the server name I did a clean checkout after the migration.

After the migrartion I've have many instances of the following error when
doing a commit.

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: Your file or directory 'Memphis.csproj' is probably out-of-date
Error: The version resource does not correspond to the resource within the

Error: transaction. Either the requested version resource is out of date
(needs to be
Error: updated), or the requested version resource is newer than the
transaction root
Error: (restart the commit).

Yes, I did do an update before doing a commit.

I'm running the subversion 1.2.3 on Apache on a debian server . I'm using
TortoiseSVN 1.2.4

I can get around the problem by deleteing _svn\wcprops\*

For some reason it seems that only .csproj files are affected by this
problem, but I can't be 100% sure that this is the case.
