Can not specify the listen host?

HI All,

In my PC, I use ADSL to connect with internet. I had applied a fixed IP
from my ISP. After I start up my ADSL, the IP for interface PPPoE is the
fixed IP that I had applied. However, I find that my network card still got
another dynamic IP from my ISP.

When I try to start svnserve.exe by daemon mode, I found svnserve.exe is
listening on the dynamic IP. I had tried to force svnserve.exe to listen on
the fixed IP that I had applied, but it doesn't work. I had setup apache
server and it did work fine.

Did anyone have encountered this problem? Please help me to setup my
svnserve.exe and I can access it from internet. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Justin
