Is it going to be addressed in the near future. And by addressed, I mean a server side option to make FOO and foo be considered to be the same file. This issue is driving me crazy as well. I work with a large group of non-technical people and this is an on-going problem.

I know this is a tricky thing to fix, but I think it's important.
