Do you have access to the file server? If so, to delete the repository,
simply delete the directory. This will get rid of all your information,
tho, so you won't be able to bring it back. You may want to do an svn
dump in case you plan on retrieving anything again.

Alternatively, how can one copy all the information from a repository
*except* the stuff associated with a specific project?
