SSL (https) support?

Hi,

Where can I find SSL suporting SVN client binaries for
SuSE linux 9.2 AMD 64? The ones in apache/project do
not have ssl/https support

Compiling instructions are welcome too, --with-ssl
invariably causes problems
checking for library containing SSL_library_init...
not found
configure: error: could not find library containing
SSL_library_init
configure failed for neon

OpenSSL is present on he machine.
