Another possible tool to look at would be the linkification in the
bugtraq properties of TortoiseSVN.

I use these to create the second half of a tight Subversion <> Bugzilla
integration.

On the other side, I have links in Bugzilla that auto-link back to each
piece of code committed so that I can click on a file and see the state
of that file at the point in time (that revision). I do this part with
ViewCVS.
