It is somewhere to point people who moan about the Subversion branch and
tag model - it makes it look a bit more like the CVS tagging model.

A program like this does have its place, the only platform with a good
mature GUI is Windows with TortoiseSVN.

I have taken a look at it, my initial impression can be found at
http://www.subversionary.org/node/16 if you have anything to add to that
please add a comment. BTW it's not *very* smart!

Moving to the users list which would have been a better place for an
announcement like this anyway. Smart:-)
