You don't have to compile anything when installing trac on a windows
server. Just follow the instructions on
http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/TracOnWindows. Even though
there are quite a few dependencies I found it quite easy to just
follow the steps on that page. If anything is unclear you could always
ask on the trac mailinglist.
Why do you want to compile everything yourself?
