Firstly, this is not a paid support hotline, so never again start anything
with urgent. Such behaviour is respectless to the people giving you help in
their free time.

What happens if you use the commandline? If the error goes away, take the
problem to the Ankh developers, else, please provide a transcript of what you
did and what happened.
