Completely removing a Revision

Hello,

Is there a way to completely remove a revision and revert back to a
previous revision as if nothing changed?

For example, revision 74 containers two files, file1.app and file1.dll.
I would like to get rid of revision 74 and revert file1.app and
file1.dll back to the revision before this change...

Is this possible?
