p42svn help

I am trying to use p42svn to convert my perforce depot to svn, and can not
make it work! :-)

I got this:

C:\Perl>p42svn.pl --branch //pfprojects/ocm=/trunk/ocm | "c:\program

Can't locate Date/Format.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib

svnadmin: Premature end of content data in dumpstream

I have perl installed, also have p4perl installed. In the document, it said
something about p4api, which I am completely lost in the document. I don't
know what it is, and don't know what to do. Went to perforce FTP, no file
looks like what I need.

Who can give me some instructions from here? Is there a binary file so I
don't have to build? As I am running win2k3, everything becomes complicated.

Really surprised so many people are into perl. :-)
