Please, please, don't send these emails. No one has forgotten about the
Windows installer. It is a volunteer project, and officially, Subversion
only delivers source.

That said, Branko did send out an email on both the announce and users lists
stating the the Windows binaries would be delayed until ZLib released a new
version of the library with an appropriate security fix:
