1.2.1 win installer? - hopefully not opening a kettle of worms...

I noticed there was some consternation over the 1.2.1 lack of a windows
installer. I also noticed the mention in the announcement that "Binary
distributions are usually available for various platforms within a week"

July 5 was the release date and it is not July 18.

        Does anyone know when the windows installers are expected or if
they are expected at all?

For if they are not expected by the end of this week, I'll take a stab
at building them myself. However, if there are due imminently I'd
rather not waste time building them on my own only to have them
supplanted by the official release...
