The general feeling seems to be: if we receive bugreports that
result from the implementation, we'll change the implementation. But
none of those things have happened yet.

Also, we plan to update that section in the 1.2 book. I think we
need to stop saying that FSFS needs more testing, it can be
misleading. It's plenty stable, and is now the default.
