Any how-to guides out there?

Hi all,

This is my first post to the list so I'll keep it brief.

Before I get stuck into the manual and FAQ, can anyone point me at a
ste-by-step how-to guide for the following scenario:

Apache 2
Fedora Core 3
Subversion 1.1.4

Set up a repository that is (web) browseable anonymously with
authentication required for check-ins/updates. Ideally, authentication
would be against both my local /etc/passwd for local users (me!) and a
separate source for remote svn users (so others can check-in without
having logins to my machine.
