Error message "Won't delete locally modified directory" on switch

Hey all

I don't understand why I sometimes receive this error message:

svn: Won't delete locally modified directory '[some-directory]'
svn: Left locally modified or unversioned files

when I switch my wc from one branch to another using:

svn switch https://myserver.net/svn/crm/branches/mybranch-2

when the wc was previously located on

https://myserver.net/svn/crm/branches/mybranch-1

I have run an svn status right before I perform the switch and that one
shows nothing modified.
