Eclipse pluging-tortoise SVN

Hello,
This is the first time I have been writing to this group.

I use Eclipse and Tortoise SVN- (Subversion system) plugin.
I created a directory in C drive which is called "C:\SVNRepository"
And when I try to commit a java file to that location from my Eclipse
workspace
I get an error

'c:\eclipse\workspace\GUI\src is not a working copy'
My window preferences in eclipse are:
Path: C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe
SVN Server: 127.0.0.1
Shared root folder: C:\SVNRepository

Can you help me for this problem?
