I googled around found your blog entry regarding the PHP Bindings for SVN:

Right now, I'm using parts from Clay Loveless's PEAR module,
VersionControl_SVN to handle `svn list` primarily for parsing the
result set.
When I get home, I'll will try it out and give you some feedback on it...
