The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi all,
Having been using subversion & tortoise SVN for three months as a document
repository, i have come back from holiday and its not letting me fully
update my working copy, or checkout to a new directory. It updates/checkout
most of the files, then it hits the following error:

In directory 'D:/testChkOut/Access to Network'
Cant copy 'D:/testChkOut/Access to
Network/.svn/tmp/text-base/Funding.xls.svn-base' to 'D:/testChkOut/Access
to Network/Funding.xls.tmp':The system cannot find the file specified.

I click ok and if i try and update the working copy, i get the following
error 'Working copy 'D:/testChkOut/Access to Network' locked, Please
execute the "Cleanup" command. (which then also fails with the same message
above but for a different file).

I really dont have a clue how to fix this. we are using a new repository in
the meantime, but really need the old version running as it obviously
contains all the old versions of the documents.

Thanks,
